Dispatch tickets (receipts) are designed to print on an 8.5" x 5.5" form. The 8.5" x 5.5" form is not a standard size that is available in Windows Vista therefore it must be created.

Open Printers by clicking Start > Control Panel. Look for the category labeled Hardware and Sound and within that category click Printer. If the Control Panel is in Classic view, look for the Printer icon and double-click it.

Right-click Printers and select Run as administrator > Server Properties.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation by the User Account Control, type the password or provide confirmation.

To create a new form, check Create new form. Complete the form by proving a Form name (Custom), Units (English), Width (8.5) and Height (5.5).

Click Save Form to save the the form and click OK to close the Print Server Properties dialog.
